Be the Heartbeat of the Sydney Harbour Bridge this Vivid Sydney

From 23rd May to 9th June 2014, BridgeClimb is inviting Vivid Sydney fans to climb above the crowds and experience the first ever interactive light installation at the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge during Vivid Sydney, the Southern Hemisphere's largest festival of light, music and ideas.

Climbers on The Vivid Climb will become the 'heartbeat' of the Bridge, where the rhythm of each climber's heart illuminates the top of the Bridge in a pulsing vibrant light show that is as unique as the individual.

BridgeClimb CEO, Todd Coates, said, "The Vivid Climb offers a first ever experience for climbers – a chance to be a truly interactive part Vivid Sydney.  Our Vivid climbers will also enjoy uninterrupted views of the stunning sights of the Vivid Sydney festival below.

“Vivid Sydney has become a hallmark tourism event, attracting over 800,000 eager visitors last year.  BridgeClimb is excited to offer this unique experience for climbers who can now immerse themselves in Vivid Sydney from the summit of the Sydney Harbour Bridge”.

Climbers will also become a part of the attractions themselves, wearing special Vivid Climb vests fitted with flashing lights. Climb groups will be seen scaling the iconic steel arches by Vivid Sydney visitors from below in Circular Quay and Darling Harbour.

It takes place during Vivid Sydney 2014 (23 May – 9 June), on all climbs departing at night, with a climb in Mandarin departing at 5pm each night.
