Pete Evans bringing healthy every day to Fraser Suites Perth

unnamed (9)My Kitchen Rules judge and paleo chef Pete Evans will take up the role of consultant chef and chief menu designer across all aspects of dining at Fraser Suites Perth.

A range of new menus have been designed by Evans for the hotel’s restaurant, which is set to officially re-launch with a new look and name in July, as well as for conferences, events and weddings on site.

Keeping with Evans’ food philosophies, the food offering is designed to provide guests with healthy and thoughtfully crafted food appealing to a range of palates.

“The menus are about well sourced food from the land and sea simply prepared for maximum nourishment” said Pete Evans.

The range of menus will feature seasonal, organic and local produce where possible, with WA growers like Kununurra watermelons, Mt Barker free range chicken and Dandaragan organic beef from Margaret River all supplying the kitchen.

“Frasers Hospitality value quality and they also value the needs of their guests. We have a wonderful working synergy and share the same goals and philosophy” said Evans.

Matthew Rubie, Frasers Hospitality General Manager Australia said: “Having Pete Evans consulting across our dining offering at Fraser Suites Perth will add a whole new dimension to the guest experience. Perth is quickly establishing itself as a culinary destination and all of us at Fraser Suites Perth are excited to be a part of this growing food scene.”
